POLITICAL EDUCATION

Understand debates. Empower your voice. Take responsibility.

Our Understanding and Approach

We see political education as a space for critical reflection that focuses on self-empowerment and independent thinking. For us, political education is not about instructing people or steering them toward predetermined opinions. Our work is grounded in a sense of social responsibility and a commitment to promoting respectful coexistence.

Everyday life is shaped by power dynamics, discrimination, and ideologies of inequality – sometimes subtly, sometimes through overt forms of violence.

Our educational work is rooted in a critical perspective on discrimination, challenges dominant narratives, and follows a pedagogical approach of accompaniment. We design learning environments that encourage participants to reflect on systems of power, discrimination, and their own positionality – without offering oversimplified answers, but inviting deeper engagement.

It is important to us that civic education remains grounded in the lived realities and professional contexts of our participants. We combine academically sound content with hands-on methods — not only to convey knowledge, but also to build agency and encourage responsibility in their own spheres of influence.
